You're in Control

Step 1: Share Information About Your Process

No contracts, no agreements. A 10-15 minute discussion with one of our team members is all it takes to get started. After that, together we can determine whether what we do is a good fit for your process. If the answer is yes, we can go to Step 2.

Step 2: We Tailor a Strategy to Your Process

Based on our discussion, we will outline a solution tailored to your unique needs. We’ll share a detailed report clarifying the solution and the benefits you can expect.

Step 3: Determine If Our Proposal Works for You

One of three things typically happens here (and which one it is will be your call). Option one: we decide this is a good fit and we move to Step 4, which is Implementation. Option two: we decide this is not a good fit for your application and part ways. Option three: we agree to dig a little deeper and get more information. This could include on-site demonstration units, process guarantees, or other methods that reduce the risk of a bad investment.

Step 4: Implement a Plan of Action

Once we've agreed on a plan of action, we'll implement your solution. Our streamlined and simple integration process ensures that you are optimizing your process quickly, with minimal disruption.

Saint Clair Systems uses disruptive technology to help you get the most out of your materials, reduce costly rework and waste, and avoid inconsistencies. And we guarantee you'll save time, money, and resources in the process.

Temperature Tour

A Change in Perspective

We tour your facility together, making note of any concerns you have.
We use thermal imaging to evaluate your process against a comprehensive checklist.
We scrutinize your dispensing process from material storage all the way to product completion.
We provide a report detailing how routine temperature fluctuations may be contributing to quality defects, excess coating and solvent usage, and more.

Viscosity View

Its Time to Quantify

We come to your facility and install a viscosity sensor at the material source and another sensor close to the point of application.
We track and record material viscosity for two weeks.
Our experts monitor your dispensing process consistently using automated viscosity measurement tools to visualize how viscosity impacts your consistency, quality and material usage.
You get a comprehensive report from our viscosity experts with graphs and explanations that detail viscosity variations in your process and how they can be cured.
You get insight on how temperature variations impact your dispensing process.

Demo Decision

Try Out a Solution

If our demonstration unit performs as planned, we can move forward. If it doesn’t, we’ll remove the unit (and hope that we both learned something!).

  1. Contact us to schedule the installation of a demonstration unit.

  2. Our service technician commissions the equipment and trains your team.

  3. We offer suggestions for optimizing performance and answer any questions.

  4. You use the equipment for at least two weeks so you can experiment with different materials and varying conditions.

  5. You make an informed decision using your process, your data and your results.
