Rob Gladstone
President
Rob is the president of Saint Clair Systems, Inc. He’s a Michigan-based entrepreneur with decades of experience in the viscosity and temperature control industry. In the late 1980s, he transitioned from public accounting to the industrial sector, where he was highly sought after for his ability to maximize operational efficiency at small manufacturing companies. His acumen earned him minority shareholder positions in three such companies by the time he joined Saint Clair Systems (SCS) in 1999. Under his leadership, SCS has expanded both its scope and its reach, evolving from a company that was largely dependent on the domestic automotive industry to one with an impressive international reach (3,600+ global installations) across various industries. Rob leads a talented team and has positioned SCS to be an industry disruptor in point-of-application technology.
Mike Bonner
Vice President of Engineering & Technology
Mike Bonner is the Vice President of Engineering & Technology for Saint Clair Systems, Inc. As an aside, in December 2022 was elected as the incoming president of RadTech to assume office in 2025. A degreed electrical engineer, his career spans several unexpected industries: music, audio systems, medical equipment, HVAC and appliance controls, metal stamping, and even gasoline pump manufacturing. For the last 25+ years, he has focused on the science of point-of-use temperature and viscosity control for industrial fluid dispensing processes. Mike is now a subject-matter expert in process temperature and viscosity control and has presented its benefits to audiences all over the country and around the world.
Mark Portelli
Chief Operating Officer
Mark Portelli is the Chief Operating Officer of Saint Clair Systems, Inc., where he is involved with the engineering, manufacturing, sales, and business development departments. Mark coordinates and leads aspects of SCS as part of a management team. He is Lean Manufacturing-certified and knowledgeable in several applications, including automated-dispense coating, finishing, and printing. He is skilled at solving issues that cause challenging process delays and loss of production due to viscosity variation.
Scott Woodward
Director of Business Development
Scott began his career in tax law, representing small and mid-sized businesses in tax disputes, audits, and negotiations with state and federal authorities. This role honed his skills in managing high-stakes issues, negotiating, and problem-solving. When he transitioned to the industrial sector, Scott contracted with Saint Clair Systems (SCS), where he recognized the transformative potential of its technology. In his role leading the business development efforts, he brings exceptional energy and skill in building strategic relationships with manufacturing decision-makers and making SCS automated solutions accessible across various industries.
